Art has been a tool to help me get in touch with my deepest experiences of love and gratitude for life. I believe in creating works that transcend the viewer from a fast-moving mind to a slower, relaxed, balanced and pure state of being. These works aim to create a soothing effect and act as a mirror to reflect one’s inner nature once devoid of painful or depressing thoughts. My art is inspired by my observation of nature and connection with all forms of life which surround me. Working with paint, fabric, fiber, thread, yarn and embroidery allows me to find a freedom of expression in my work without any inhibitions.
